Our grand ballroom features high ceilings with modern squared chandeliers and a large span of unobstructed meeting space that’s perfect for presentations and meetings. Blue-tinged recessed ceiling lights set a neutral mood, and large windows to the west allow natural light to filter in. Dynamic sound and light systems are available, and an adjacent outdoor terrace overlooking hopping Ashford Avenue is accessible through sliding wooden doors. If you’re thinking about making a memorable entrance, a winding staircase conveniently leads to the terrace directly from the Lobby/Valet Parking area, providing attendees easy access to the premises. Perfectly suited for a business conference, banquet, gala or sit-down dinner, the ballroom accommodates 300 guests with banquet seating. Las Nereidas can be divided into two sections that fit 150 guests each. A pre-function area that holds up to 300 people for cocktails features scalloped-ceilings that channel the iconic La Concha leitmotif, with colored shadows projected near the ceiling as light passes through stained glass windows

Salón del Mar faces the clear blue sea, and is a luxurious and intimate space for meetings, corporate banquets, luncheons and trainings. It can also be re-purposed as a private showroom, seating 60 people banquet-style, and can be divided into two sections that fit 30 people each. This meeting space is bathed in natural light. Windows and glass doors lead to an enchanting oceanfront outdoor terrace that can be set up for breakouts, cocktails or informal luncheons. On the opposite side, a spacious pre-function area can be set up for cocktails, coffee breaks and buffet service.

Located under the signature Perla seashell, Atlántiko is a stunning location with a dazzling beachfront panorama — viewed through vast windows wrapped around its façade, highlighting breathtaking San Juan views of our tropical paradise, surrounded by the clear blue waters of the Atlantic Ocean. This highly versatile meeting space feels like a hip industrial loft, and it can easily be transformed to host any event. It allows easy access to the casual Sereno Pool and Sereno Sand, which both feature complimentary alfresco activities. Atlántiko’s 3,648 square feet of space seats 280 people in banquet mode, and 350 people standing for cocktails and appetizers. It’s an ideal meeting space for team-building activities, AV presentations, cocktail parties, award ceremonies and banquets. Dazzling exterior spotlights emphasize the impressive structure at night, and a colorful sculpture presides over the entrance at the foot of a winding staircase leads to Atlántiko from behind La Concha’s lobby.

The Mirador and its adjoining Mirador Terrace area both lend themselves to VIP press conferences, banquets, corporate seminars, presentations, as well as for cocktails and ceremonies. The Mirador is a versatile meeting space surrounded by glass windows that seemingly floats on an endless ocean. It fits 80 people in banquet mode. The Mirador Terrace features ocean-facing glass railings for unobstructed views. This exclusive rooftop location fits 80 people standing for cocktails.

If you’re searching for a unique meeting space in Condado, look no further than Indigo, an amazing, flexible banquet space located in our Suite Tower. Indigo is accessible from the main building by a modern, glass-enclosed bridge suspended over water and over a stunning ocean vista. It’s ideal for banquets and luncheons, meetings and corporate events, and has three magnificent breakout rooms with a bird’s eye view of the resort’s iconic Perla seashell. It also features 15-foot ceilings and impressive mahogany doors, with an abundance of natural light, as well as recessed, indirect lighting and three stunning crystal chandeliers. Total capacity in banquet mode is 160 people, with a pre-function area for coffee, food or cocktails. An adjacent terrace with relaxing ocean views, gentle breezes and glass railings overlooks the pool area.
